This holiday property is set close to the historic city of Hereford and the town of Ledbury. The ground floor has an open plan living space with a tiled floor, underfloor heating and a Smart TV with Netflix and bi-fold doors leading to patio area, along with a dining area. The kitchen area has an electric oven, electric hob, fridge microwave and dishwasher. The first floor bedroom sleeps two with a zip and link super kingsize bed a wall mounted Smart TV. Bedroom two has twin beds and a wall mounted Smart TV and the family shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Outside there is a paved patio and sitting-out area with garden furniture.
Box Tree Barn is located within the grounds of a grade II listed cottage which is occupied by the owners. Set in the quiet Herefordshire countryside, this rural retreat offers guests an ideal stay in which to explore the countryside as well as being situated just 3 miles from the historic city of Hereford. Hereford city hosts an array of shops, bars and restaurants for guests to enjoy and is also home to Hereford cathedral and the Mappa Mundi which is well worth a visit. After a day visiting all that Herefordshire has to offer, guests can relax on the private patio space and enjoy the views.

One of the best cottages we have been to. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Cottage is an very well designed conversion of part of a triple garage. It has all that one could wish for - plenty of space, plenty of storage in the bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. Makes a change to have a good sized TV!! The beautiful countryside and many places of interest are easily accessible from the cottage.Highly recommended.

This is the best equipped and best furnished cottage/barn we have ever stayed in in 30 years of using Country Cottages. The standard of fittings and cooking utensils is exceptional for a rented property. The accommodation was absolutely spotless. Hosts Geoff and Dariell were very accommodating, welcome pack they left for us appreciated, nothing was a bother to them. Logs provided for a lovely log fire which was most welcome on cold wet January nights. I can’t praise anything about the property too highly, absolutely sensational.
