We had a lovely stay in horsecroft. Very generous welcome items and other other items left in the bathroom. Big comfy beds, spacious kitchen/dinning/living area. Plus a cosy TV room. The utility room was spacious with everything you need to wash and dry clothes even on rainy days. (We used the clothes airer)We took a dog and dog towels, bowl were supplied and even dog treats, which was a lovely suprise. The only suggestion I would have is, another bin the kitchen so recycling can be decanted into the larger bin outside and to use the back doors as the front door is stiff due to the amount of rain we've had maybe. Great local shops and a co-op about a 5-10 mins drive away and beacon about 30 mins Overall a great central place to stay. Many thanks

We had the best time away and will be looking to return. We booked a home from home to spend quality family time baking and playing games. It had everything we needed. The layout is great and the hosts were lovely

Great few days at Horsecroft.the barn is lovely, warm, comfortable and peaceful. Well equipped and convenient for Hay on Wye.My only negative is there is no secure place for the dogs accessible from the barn BUT there is a 10+acre field a few steps away so that more than makes up for it. My dogs had great fun running around the field and paddling in the stream at the bottom of it, and last thing at night we just had them on long lines or nipped them to the small secure area at the side of the barn.Although on a main road, it’s not busy (I do come from the South East tho where everywhere is really busy) and the road didn’t disturb us at all. Great parking, beautiful barn conversion, particularly the upstairs with its quirky windows.Hosts live on site so are easily accessible and very helpful.
