A wonderful and quirky house, in a beautiful part of the country. As the only early riser in the group, I found myself sat in front of the AGA, with a coffee and a book, watching the sun rise above the neighbours house each morning. It was beautiful.Fantastic bathrooms and beds, comfortable seating and everything you could need in the kitchen.We will be visiting again.

A lovely cottage in a wonderful location. Fantastic showers and comfy beds.A few things that would be appreciated:1. wrong bulbs in lounge, they are not suitable for a dimmer switch. 2. Nothing available to start the fire.3. Milk and bread as a starter pack.

This is a lovely spacious house with a very pleasant large garden and terrace. It's in a very small hamlet and is peaceful. It was very easy to get to Hay on Wye in a short time. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living room has seating for 4 people, the kitchen is very big. I would have given the house itself a higher score for comfort but because it lacks cooking pots I scored it down, (only 1 frying pan , 3 saucepans, no metal casserole pots and also only 7 forks and 4 teaspoons.) The TV in the living room - we only could get Freeview on it but didn't discover that until the last night so it didn't matter. A guide might help re how to use it as the TV in the kitchen worked well.We enjoyed the games room with table tennis and darts.So overall we would recommend.
