An outstanding half-timbered, Grade II listed barn conversion in the grounds of the owners’ home, situated amongst apple orchards in the pretty village of Westhope, just eight miles from Leominster and Hereford. Set across the first floor, this charming 18th century former cider mill provides spacious accommodation, ideal for a romantic getaway in a stunning part of the country. Luxuriously-furnished throughout, this beautiful cottage boasts many original features, including window shutters and exposed beams, as well as an open plan living area comprising a stylish kitchen, dining area and a sumptuous sitting area with a warming woodburning stove, ideal for those chilly evenings.
Completing the accommodation is a superb bedroom with en-suite facilities, while to the front, a decked area with furniture is perfect for relaxing with a refreshing drink, or dining alfresco while taking in the peace and tranquility of the area and planning the next day’s activities. From your luxury cottage, explore the village of Westhope with its lovely walks and birdwatching opportunities, with cycle routes and fishing nearby, along with the Offa's Dyke footpath a short drive away. Nearby, you can visit Leominster, at the heart of the Black and White villages of North Herefordshire, full of antique and curiosity shops.

The cottage is lovely, very comfortable and relaxing. The hosts, Sue and David, are so welcoming and anxious to ensure the you feel completely at home in their beautiful cottage. The cottage is set in their fabulous garden which you are encouraged to explore. We can thoroughly recommend this cottage and would love to return in the future.

Amiable owners happy to oblige with any requests and to make recommendations for visits, eating out etc. Home made cake on arrival was an absolute delight - almost worth going back just for that!
