Guests have access to several sitting rooms, one with a woodburner, a large dining room in the main house which seats 24 and a magnificent farmhouse-style kitchen/diner.

The private 1.5 acre formal garden offers seating and a swing, as well as a BBQ area overlooking the delightful mature garden and orchard. Across the courtyard, you can relax and unwind in the inviting spa, with a private heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and even a gym area for the more energetic. The village of Peterchurch, with its handful of pubs and restaurants, is situated on the River Dore in the beautiful Golden Valley, flanked by the Black Mountains to the west and gentle hills to the east. Just 10 miles away is the market town of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its book shops, pubs, restaurants and antique shops, making it one of the most visited tourist attractions in Wales. Surrounded by pleasant orchards and cornfields, the village is also close to the Offa's Dyke and Wye Valley walks.
