Park up off-road before making your way indoors, firstly arriving in the well-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances to ease your self-catered stay. Prepare a romantic meal and set the dining table, gathering as the wine is poured and conversations flow.

Watch the sun set from the private garden, before cosying up in front of the Smart TV for a film night. Climb the stairs to catch some rest in the sumptuous king-size bed, before completing your morning routine in the sleek shower room. If you can tear yourself away, head into Leominster where you can dine out, stock up on the essentials at the supermarkets and tour the Leominster Museum and Leominster Priory, before heading to Drapers Lane Deli for a coffee and pastries. Spend the day in Hereford, brimming with culture and history, where you can tour Hereford Cathedral, sample some delicious produce at the Museum of Cider, discover the Black and White House Museum, and visit the Waterworks Museum upon River Wye.

Ludlow is well worth a visit, with its magnificent castle to explore, great independent shops, a weekly farmers market, restaurants and the Harp Lane Deli where you can enjoy brunch. Hay on Wye is nearby and where you can enjoy a good walk across Hay Bluff to blow away the cobwebs followed by a browse in one of the many bookshops is a great way to spend an afternoon. Hereford is about 13 miles away and has a 1200 year old cathedral in the city centre that houses the Mappa Mundi and Chain Library, whilst the Sensort & Rye do fabulous coffee and a varied menu or choose the Ye Old Salutation Inn for traditional pub grub.

Further afield are the National Trust properties of Berrington Hall and Croft Castle, offering a great afternoon of exploration. Spend quality time with your other half at Archers Cottage.

Leominster is located in the heart of the beautiful border countryside, where England and Wales nudge each other along Offa’s Dyke. Dating back to the 7th Century, the town of Leominster possesses some fine examples of architecture such as the Priory Church, along with a wide variety of shops, cafes and pubs, and is the ideal place in which to spend a lazy afternoon strolling around in pleasant surroundings. Nearby is the smaller market town of Tenbury Wells situated on the banks of the River Teme. Dating back to the Iron Age and said to have been called 'my little town in the orchard' by Queen Victoria, Tenbury Wells boasts a unique 18th century bridge built by Thomas Telford, the magnificent Pump Rooms, which housed baths where local mineral water was available, and many other listed buildings dating back to the 17th century. Close by are many National Trust properties including Croft Castle and Berrington Hall, plus the Judge's Lodgings in Presteigne, Stokesay Castle, the renowned Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre and the Acton Scott Historic Working Farm are well worth a visit. Sample Herefordshire's famous cider or discover Hereford with it's fascinating Mappa Mundi world map and the captivating chained library, home to a collection of rare and ancient books while nearby Bromyard has an air of timelessness with many half-timbered buildings, helping visitors relax amongst a good range of pubs, restaurants and shops. The pretty medieval market town of Ludlow makes a great day out, with more than 500 listed buildings and a magnificent castle, and also within easy reach are Ironbridge and Hay-on-Wye. The magnificent Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons National Park and stunning Malvern Hills also make a great day out.
