A haven for wildlife and lying within a 10 acre Site of Special Scientific Interest, this detached, timber framed holiday cottage pre-dates 1650AD. Completely restored, tastefully furnished and decorated with beamed interior it enjoys its own quiet, secluded garden with furniture, views of a pretty dingle with rare plants and flowers and an ancient pack-horse bridge near the brook. There is parking for 3 cars and a BBQ.
The market town of Leominster is 4 miles away with shops, swimming pool and leisure centre, Ludlow is a 15 mile drive. There is a pub in Stoke Prior and golf course with restaurant 1½ miles away in Ford Bridge and a shop and garage in nearby Bodenham (1½ miles). The cottage is convenient for touring the Welsh borders, the Wye Valley, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and the surrounding area. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful and views are lovely and walks a beautiful place to have a quiet peaceful tranquility place , everything you could need and want .

Stunning cottage that looks like it's been lifted straight from a painting. As you near the bend and the cottage comes into view it's captivating. The valley that it sits in and the cottage windows look over welcomes Deer, Geese and the occasional Fox. The bird feeder was heavy with Long Tail Tits and even Nutthatch. The cottage is cosy and comfortable and there is really nothing we can think of that we needed and didn't have. It was idyllic and one of the best places we have ever stayed.
