Lower Canwood is situated in between Woolhope and Checkley, in a lovely rural area with views across the countryside. There is parking for at least 5 cars. There is also a large , fully fenced garden. There are no immediate neighbours.
Lower Canwood sleeps 9+1, has just been refurbished to a high standard. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. It is situated in a beautiful rural Herefordshire. We have got four properties (various sizes) in this location and further 2 properties 3miles away.
Lower Canwood has the advantage of a downstairs bedroom with an En-suite bathroom (this is a small bathroom with a space saving shower).
The other four bedrooms are upstairs: Single bedroom and a King bedroom -these two share a family bathroom - there is a shower and a bath. The other two bedrooms have got En-suite bathrooms with a shower. These two bedrooms can have either super king size beds or single beds (as they zip and link).
The property has got an open plan kitchen / dining room. The table seats 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Tassimo coffee machine, so our guests can bring their favourite drinks. There is an electric hob, double oven, dishwasher and a fridge freezer as well as kettle and toaster. There is a new patio that is accessed via French doors that has garden dining furniture, so our guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity. From the kitchen is a door to a separate living room, with a large three seater sofa and a large four seater sofa and a large TV. There is also a small utility room with a toilet, sink and a washer / dryer.
The games room is situated outside the property. There is a pool table, table tennis and toys for little ones. Lower Canwood is suitable for families of all ages, groups of friends or gatherings. There is a large, fully fenced garden and a private games room as well as plenty of parking and no immediate neighbours.
We can provide a travel cot, high chair and a stair gate if needed.
Please note that there is a farm barn next to the property and from time to time you might see a vehicle or a tractor coming round. The barn is used for storing hay bales or wheat.
,As all our other properties, Lower Canwood is a also a dog friendly property. We do allow a well behaved dog (max 2) to stay at a small fee of £40. Depending on the breed and age, we might ask for a returnable security deposit of £200-£300. We leave a small basket with an old towel, dog bowl, poop bags and treats. We can provide a stair gate if needed. We kindly ask owners to keep their dog(s) off furniture and rugs. We don't allow dogs upstairs or in the bedrooms. The area is perfect for walking with public footpaths all around. There are circular walks nearby too.
