Offering lots of extra special touches, Sharpnage House has a shared games room, Sonos system, Hypnos beds to ensure a good nights sleep, a fabulous kitchen just made for cooking and socialising with warming cream Aga, underfloor heating and five bedrooms with Hypnos beds for a good nights sleep. There are four bathrooms (one on the ground floor along with a bedroom for those who prefer to not climb stairs) and extensive grounds for playing and relaxing when the sun shines, making this superb property an ideal choice whatever the time of year.
Nestling within its own grounds, Sharpnage House is approached via its own driveway, offering guests plenty of privacy whilst on holiday, without isolation being close to Little Canwood, the owner's other holiday home. Little Canwood sleeps up to eight guests and can be rented alongside Sharpnage House to accommodate larger groups of up to eighteen. Whilst the house affords a peaceful position, it is conveniently located just a ten minute drive from Hereford's historic riverside city centre with its wonderful independent shops to browse and great selection of eating establishments. There are also two pubs (one is a gastro pub serving excellent food) within a half hour walk or a five minute drive, for those who want to avoid cooking or enjoy a local pint of ale!
For those who want some extra holiday pampering or want to keep fit or play golf whilst away, there is a local Spa/Golf Resort with a full gymnasium, swimming pool, treatments, sauna, spa and 18-hole golf course. The owner can also put you in contact with a mobile masseuse, hot tub hire and catering company.

Outside: The house sits amongst its own grounds with plenty of lawn space where the little ones can let off steam and the adults can relax. There is also a patio with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. Bike storage is available and there is a games room which guests have the shared use of (this can be accessed from the garden and is shared with guests staying at Little Canwood House).
Additional information: Cot (please bring your own linen/bedding for the cot), high chair, fireguard and stair gate are available by arrangement. Babysitting can often be arranged. Short breaks available - please enquire with the owner. A well behaved dog (max2) may be accepted by prior arrangement. Strictly no smoking.
