There is a pond in the owners’ grounds, 50 yards away. There is a stream and steep banks in the adjacent field. Small Dogs Only.. A small, detached barn conversion within the owners’ grounds, in an elevated position overlooking the Tanat Valley and with a south facing patio and large grounds, the property is within ½ mile of the village of Treflach. The accommodation has been thoughtfully laid out, and visitors to the area will have easy access to Shropshire, Cheshire and Mid and North Wales. Offa’s Dyke National Trail runs within ½ mile of the property. Llanrhaedr waterfall, Powys Castle, Chirk Castle, Erddig, water sports at Bala, Lake Vyrnwy and Snowdon are all an easy drive. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Lovely clean and exceptionally well equipped cottage in a beautiful area.Very welcoming hosts.Lots to see and do in the area and also a fantastic cottage to just chill and relax in the outside space.A little tight for space in the bedrooms but that was not a problem for us.

Bit small for us with two kids and dog but five star cottage, and owners very good and lovely gardens.
