Lovely warm clean lodge, comfy bed, large tv, coffee machine and lovely hot tub to relax in , bonus is that as it under cover can use whatever the weather

After our original lodge was cancelled by Hoseasons due to an issue, we were eventually allocated a lodge at this site in Chirk — and what an absolute stroke of luck that turned out to be.The site, location and staff were incredible from start to finish. The lodge itself was absolutely amazing, complete with a hot tub, and the setting couldn’t have been better. There are great pubs nearby and some lovely walks right on the doorstep, making it a perfect place to unwind.The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Mandy (I hope I’ve remembered her name correctly) was brilliant on arrival, personally showing us to the lodge at around 6pm and making us feel very welcome. Alan had already ensured the king-size bed was changed to twins, even though the cleaning team had already prepared the lodge — a level of care and flexibility that was genuinely impressive.Everything about this location reflected next-level service and professionalism. Thank you so much for helping us enjoy such a fabulous weekend celebrating my eldest daughter’s birthday. We will most definitely be looking to book again.
