Guests say

The Hayloft in Shropshire is a well-received cottage, praised for its cleanliness, stunning location, and friendly owner. Guests enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, and dog-friendly environment. While some minor concerns were raised about comfort and maintenance, the overall experience was positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests consistently noted the property as spotless and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. There was a minor mention of ants in the shower room, but this did not detract significantly from the overall high standards of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its beauty, tranquillity, and proximity to local amenities and walks. The scenic views and peaceful environment were particularly appreciated, making it an ideal setting for a relaxing break.

While many guests found the property cosy and the bed comfortable, there were comments about an uncomfortable bed, sofa, and issues with shower temperature control. These mixed reviews suggest that while comfort is generally good, there is room for improvement.

Facilities were generally found to be adequate, with some guests suggesting the addition of more saucepans and concerns about the steep steps and slippery conditions when wet. Maintenance issues such as a loose freezer door were also mentioned, indicating that some attention to detail is required.

There were no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owner. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.
