Shippon cottage was spacious, warm, well equipped, and comfortable, especially the beds, a good night's sleep had by all. We really enjoyed the games room too, snooker, pool, air hockey and table tennis. The cottage is situated in a quiet hamlet not far from Shrewsbury and is nicely placed for popping over the border into Wales. We were only there for a 3 night stay, one of our days was spent visiting a nearby friend but another was spent in Shrewsbury. What a lovely town, full of historic buildings, we particularly enjoyed St Chad's and the area of parkland called The Dingle. We would certainly return to Shippon cottage.
