A great deal of thought had gone into the old barn, everything you needed was there and to have Xmas decorations up was the icing on the cake. We have stayed in quite a few properties in this area and this comes top of the list and we will definitely book again. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Lovely comfortable cottage. Tastefully decorated with beautiful window in one bedroom letting in lots of light, which is wonderful. Very comfortable with all amenities. Plenty of parking. Just across the road there’s a towpath and it is easy to walk into the village or carry on to The Plough at Huddlesford. Whittington village is lovely with lots of amenities, two pubs and a cafe which are all dog friendly. Easy to walk into Whittington to catch a bus to Lichfield or Tamworth. The cottage is quiet even though it’s next to a road as the road is not busy. There is a gate into the property with a code to be able to get in and it’s very secure. We were visiting friends as we used to live nearby. If we visited Lichfield again, we would definitely stay here again for sure.
