The hosts were easily contacted and provided a simple and hassle free check in/out. And let's not forget the well maintained and amazing hot tub! Only one criticism is the small sofas for relaxing in the evenings, as there was only room for 4 people even though the lodge sleeps 6.

Lovely comfortable and clean lodge, secluded location fantastic hot tub and walks on doorstep - everything we wanted. Kids (13/19) felt the bunk beds were a little on the small side but thats a minor point. All in all a huge thumbs up - Matt was only a phone call away if needed

the large hot tub was brilliant and under cover from the elements. We had a heavy fall of snow and with the owner decorating the property with a Christmas tree and other decorations it was even more magical. Each morning I took a two minute stroll down to the lake to feed the ducks and watch the anglers. Would book this property again without a doubt. Good quality furniture and big comfortable beds and good showers. Great layout and feeling of space and room to move about.
