Beautiful place to stay.Everything was quality.Lovely woods to explore but wellies required this time of the year.Lovely local pub everyone very friendly.This is an ideal place to stay and explore the area.Attington park is well worth a visit.Lovely wood burner stove made it very cosy.

My time in Pigeon's Nest was brilliant. The cottage was exactly as pictured and described, and was very homely with all kinds of ornaments and 'nick-nacks'. There were so many lovely thoughtful and kind touches: slippers; dresing gowns; dog bowls, bed and towel; fabric napkins; shampoo and shower gel; etc, etc. I could go on. I am going through a particularly stresful time and my 5 nights in this cottage provided the rest and relaxation that I desperately needed. I will definitely come back again if I need/want to stay in this area. I highly recommend it.

This was such a lovely place to stay. I loved the quirkynes of the building, the hobbit house. The decor was so beautiful and lovely little touches from robes and slippers to a complimentary little basket of good things to eat. The design and accesories were of high quality. The bathroom was amazing and the toiletries smelt beautiful. It was a real bit of luxury. I also loved the walks so close by in the woodland and beyond. Thanks for my stay in this gorgeous place. I would come back again for a bit of a retreat.
