Up the stairs you can find a landing area boasting a large skylight which provides fantastic views towards the countryside beyond as well as a delightful double bedroom under a sloping ceiling with Velux windows and exposed beams, along with a spacious shower room with a double basin and delightful rainfall shower. The Garden House comes with a terrific garden area running around the cottage which features a lawn, patio and gravel as well as an incredible water feature. Very close to the property is the National Trust owned Coughton Court, known for its connections to Guy Fawkes. The town of Alcester is three miles away, a delightful place offering a range of pubs and shops as well as some incredible buildings nearby. The popular destination of Stratford-upon-Avon is within a short drive and is certainly worth a visit with its incredible history and buildings. The Garden House is an impressive cottage in a sublime location.

Alcester is a town at the junction of the River Alne and River Arrow in Warwickshire. It has a number of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, as well as a range of independent shops and plenty of antiques and art and craft shops. Alcester is known for two nearby stately homes. To the north is Coughton Court, a National Trust property and to the south-west is Ragley Hall. Within easy reach is the historical town of Stratford-upon-Avon set on the banks of the River Avon.
