The living areas consist of good sized rooms that are bright and light, there is a sitting room with characterful woodburning stove that adds to the homely ambience and a fully-equipped kitchen; perfect for family getaways. Step outside to admire the countryside in the large garden with fruit trees and plenty of seating, a truly tranquil setting to watch the sun set with a glass of wine in hand. When sleep calls retire to one of three bedrooms, there is a spacious king-size and two fun twin rooms that kids are sure to love; all rooms are serviced by a sleek bathroom where you can delight in a soothing soak. Lavender Cottages lies paces away from the George Inn in Brailes, a wonderful pub that serves tasty pub fare making it a wonderful place to treat your loved ones to a special meal, the local shop, butchers and newsagents also lie in the village. Delve into local history at Brailies Castle and admire the panoramic views from the top of Castle Hill, Broughton Castle a historic fortified manor house with moat lies a short scenic drive away and is ideal for leisurely strolls through the grounds.
