Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01789 613 808 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information (In Premier accommodation only) : Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions, and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. Important travel COT information Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01789 613808 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

Lodge was lovely but dusty in places. Hot tub and decking at end of useful life. The controls on the hot tub have worn away and the jets were weak and popped off if turned. The temperature was fantastic though and overall was a nice relaxing place to be. There is little privacy on the decking and tub area as the lodges all seem to face each other. Our lodge 30 seemed a long way from the car park. Depending on the location of the lodge you need to bear in mind it could be a bit of a hike with your luggage and self catering bags. There was no welcome pack or letter so you have to work out what to do with your towels and where to take your rubbish. No tea towel or any washing up items at all. Remember to take your own. A few cushions for the sofa would be nice too. Due to the layout we found that we could hear the other lodges as the evenings wore on and alcohol took effect long into the night. The dog owners on our week seemed to think exercising there animals involved letting them run riot around the lodges barking at chasing each other early in the mornings. The location of the park is perfect for exploring the area and was nice and well kept. We arrived at 3.55 and got key straight away, others have said that the 4pm check in is strictly enforced with little or no flexibility. You can request check in from 2pm but, unlike any other park we have been to there is a charge for that. As a base it was adequate but the lodges and the tubs and decks need updating and tidying up.

Paid extra for hot tub but the thing was falling apart with parts missing and pump and light not working, it’s a disgrace that they charge extra for what is basically some static water on the decking as it certainly shouldn’t be called a hot tub with nothing working on it, we stayed in 31 so if you get that lodge ask to be changed ! Bed had big parts of the mattress that had collapsed so woke up with bad back, was only there for 3 days so third night I slept on the sofa. If we ever go back would not book and pay for a hot tub lodge as the previous reviews say lots of had same experience with hot tub in state of disrepair, and would take blow up mattress, but apart from that was great ! They must know of these issues but choose to still let them out knowing full well of the issues, pretty poor and feel like we were miss sold if we’d gone for a week I’d have complained but for 3 days wasn’t worth the stress and agro when you are there to relax for a few days…
