Guests say

Guests consistently praise the cottage's prime location in Stratford-upon-Avon, its cleanliness, and the comfort provided by amenities like a powerful shower and comfy beds. The property is described as cosy and well-maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches such as tea and coffee. While some minor issues are mentioned, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests looking forward to returning.

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being clean and tidy. Only one minor comment about crockery needing a wash slightly impacts the otherwise stellar feedback.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the town centre, river, and local attractions, making it an ideal spot for guests. The convenience of the location is a recurring highlight in the reviews.

Comfort is well-regarded, with several reviews complimenting the comfortable beds and cosy living space. However, a few comments about an uncomfortable single bed and road noise slightly affect the score.

Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the well-equipped kitchen and powerful shower. Some suggestions for improvement, such as the addition of a shaver socket and a dishwasher, are noted. Maintenance seems good, though a mention of a smoke alarm battery needing replacement indicates room for improvement.

Thoughtfulness is evident through the provision of tea, coffee, and cookies, as well as the parking arrangement. While these gestures are appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.
