Guests say

Condicote Cottage is praised for its peaceful location with stunning views, comfortable beds, and proximity to Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. Guests appreciate the spaciousness and the outdoor facilities. However, the absence of Wi-Fi is a recurring concern, and some minor maintenance issues are noted.

Most reviews suggest the cottage is clean and comfortable, but there are a few mentions of areas needing a deeper clean, such as the bathroom and kitchen, and the presence of dead woodlice. This indicates good general cleanliness with room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its quiet, peaceful setting with great views, and easy access to local attractions, Stratford, Warwick, and the Cotswolds. The only drawback mentioned is limited visibility when driving out onto the road.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, mentioning good beds and seating. However, some guests noted issues with single beds being rickety and the need for new mattresses, which suggests that while comfort is generally high, there is some inconsistency.

Facilities are generally well-received, with ample cutlery and crockery, and good outdoor space. Criticisms include the lack of Wi-Fi, some appliances needing instructions, and minor maintenance issues like a broken door handle and the need for shower shelves.

There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

I thought from the pictures it would be more overlooked, but it felt out of the way. I think I only saw any neighbours twice. It was near the town and there was plenty to do, with 2 boys (5 and 8 years). Lot of day trips which were all about a 30 minute drive.
