The lodge and deck were a good size. But, there were some cleanliness and maintenance issues: 1. A large patch of brown on one en-suite floor.2. Mould on one en-suite ceiling.3. All of the bathrooms had a bad smell.4. There was a large stain on one of the double mattresses.5. A general lack of maintenance e.g. broken blinds and chipped paint.

Lodge 26 had no working hot tub throughout the weeks holiday! Many attempts to fix/repair but to no avail! The lodge was very nice although tired in some places! Sofa was torn on back, skirting boards needing a lick of paint and mould around windows could be easily cleaned and then the lodge would be super! Would try another lodge park but wouldn’t return to Stratford as we visited attractions nearby!

We’ve stayed here a few times now since it opened for our family Christmas get together. The cabins are great value for money and just right for a weekend. You do need a car. We visited Warwick, Stratford and Henley and came via Broadway in the Cotswolds which is beautiful and very Christmassy. Cobbs farm shop is nearby and the Snitterfield Inn but you do need to drive. Beds in the lodge are comfy but small and the open plan living area is great although not huge for 8 people. They aren’t luxury but much nicer than caravans and they are very clean. We had a hot tub and there is free electric parking. Just right for a weekend thank you ☺️
