The well equipped kitchen is perfect for rustling up a nice breakfast or evening meal, however with plenty of nearby pubs in the surrounding villages, why not treat yourself to a lovely meal prepared by someone else. Compton Verney is just under 2 1/2miles away where you can discover the art gallery with its many collections and exhibitions and enjoy the park with its labyrinth, bird hide, pond dipping and playground. For more outdoor fun, head to Burton Dassett Hills the perfect country park for walks, flying a kite or eating a picnic whilst admiring the views of rolling hills and open countryside. The National Trusts Upton House and Gardens, Charlecote Park, Farnborough and Hidcote are all within easy reach. The stunning towns and villages of the North Cotswolds can be reached in just over 10 minutes where you can explore Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold or Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace. Within 20 minutes’ drive are the market towns of Banbury and Royal Leamington Spa which are full of high street and independent shops, pubs, cafés, and restaurants. Also a similar distance is Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick with its famous castle, Bicester Village, famous for its shopping village.
