Then Mona’s Bungalow is for you, a lovely 2-bedroom property in the village of Wellesbourne, between the towns of Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick and close to the Cotswolds border.
Mona’s Bungalow has a home-from-home feel and has a fabulous patio garden with a summerhouse where you can admire the seasonal flowers and watch the birds. The well-equipped kitchen will provide you with everything you require to rustle up a lovely meal during your stay.
Situated in a quiet residential area next door to the friendly owners, you’re only a short walk away from the village centre where you’ll be greeted by pubs and local amenities. Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon is a short 6 miles away with his birthplace museum, theatre beautiful riverside walks and a host of shops to visit and even maybe a river cruise! You can also then visit the wonderful Cotswold locations of Broadway 21 miles away known for its association with the Arts and Crafts movement situated within an area of outstanding scenery and conservation, 16 miles is the market town of Chipping Campden with its terraced high street from the 14th century with a plethora of tasty cafés and restaurants plus Michelin star for the food explorers.
National Trust and historic properties close by are Charletcote Park, Compton Verney, Upton House and Hidcote Gardens so a picnic spot is never more than 15 minutes away. Then a little further into the Cotswolds are Moreton in the Marsh, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Blenheim Palace. Also within easy reach is Warwick with its famous castle, Royal Leamington Spa and Birmingham NEC.

Mona's bungalow.is like home away from home, the bungalow has everything you need for a week away, close to Stratford-on-Avon and if you belong to the National trust some lovely properties to see... Val & Cliff welcomed us on arrival with a welcome pack of necessities our holiday started as soon as we unpacked... The bungalow was exactly as the advert described would definitely recommend it!

Mona's Bungalow is a pleasant place to stay located in a village on the outskirts of Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. Well equipped and a lovely garden plus off-road parking. Close by are several National Trust properties as well as the aforementioned Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. We had a lovely enjoyable break and would recommend Mona's Bungalow.
