There are upper and lower decking areas allowing every opportunity for relaxing; from soaking in the hot tub to snoozing in the hammock or napping on the sun loungers. Eating outdoors is an absolute delight and with an outdoor shower tucked away in a private alcove, the owners really have thought of everything.
The main living space of the property has been uniquely designed to accommodate up to four guests.
The village of Tysoe with all its amenities including a local shop and village pub is within walking distance. Northern Cotswolds many attractive towns and villages are within easy striking distance.

Entering through the french doors there is a large leather sofa, king-size bed, ingeniously designed full size single bunk beds, which fold out from hidden compartments ticked away behind the sofa. A dining table, four chairs and 55” Smart television and DVD player complete the creature comforts.

Fully equipped kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher.
Bathroom
Bath with power shower over, WC and wash basin.
Outside:
Wooden decking area for alfresco dining, a table with seating for four guests and equipped with a barbecue and charcoal pizza oven.
On the decking area you'll find hanging chairs, ergonomic sun loungers and a hammock as well as a hot tub.
Binoculars and a telescope are provided for wildlife watching and start gazing.
There is a children's play area including pirate ship, lookout tower and trampoline.
