The Coach House is a studio conversion quietly situated in the grounds of Fishpools which is a traditional 16th century timber framed house. Rated 4-star by the tourist board, it is reached via a quarter of a mile track and is in a very rural position.
Guests will enjoy a south facing private decked area with far-reaching views across fields and farmland which is perfect for watching the sun go down, making this an ideal cottage for a romantic holiday. Leading directly from the cottage is an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways where badgers, woodpeckers, buzzards and owls may be seen.

Extensive shared gardens including a new flower garden which provides a delightful bothy, offering tea making facilities, a wood burning stove and a cosy environment to enjoy the garden.
Shared use of seven acres of grounds, including two acres, paddocks and woods. Horse grazing available by arrangement (please contact the office).
There is a very large lake in the gardens and a brook at the bottom of the woods. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
Up to two well-behaved dogs (small additional charge).
Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Beautiful location. Ellie and Verity were great hosts. The Coach House is cosy, warm and well equipped. I would certainly recommend and stay again.

This was our 4th time staying and we love it, the place is beautifully furnished and there is more then enough cutlery etc. The welcome basket was ideal and Ellie the owner keeps everything clean and the gardens are gorgeous, we are lucky that she lets you walk around them or sit in one of the bothys, there are many fruit trees and we were allowed to take some of the apples which were delicious. There isn't enough words to express how this place is and we are already looking forward to our next visit in 2027
