The Yorkshire Sculpture Park can be accessed from the front door on foot and provides excellent walking on well made paths. The 500 acre park is yours to explore through open fields, woodland and lakeshore paths. Exhibitions and works of art by internationally renowned artists are on display throughout the grounds while refreshments can be found at the sculpture park's own cafe and restaurant. The cottage is is part of the Yorkshire Sculpture Triangle and is well placed for visiting the Hepworth in Wakefield and the Henry Moore Institute in Leeds. Leave your coats and boots in the hallway and walk through to the cosy lounge with beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace and coal burner.
