This three storey detached victorian house is located in the village of Cononley, with all round fabulous views. Boasting six bedrooms, this retreat is ideal for families or friends to escape into the rural delights of a spacious getaway. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by heart warming décor, and sophisticated features that really set the tone for this lovely accommodation. The kitchen is perfect for preparing those home cooked meals, and you can rest at the breakfast bar in the morning hours. The dining room seats up to 12 people (with the movement of the kitchen table) so the whole family can gather before the fire and enjoy a homely catch up. You then have the choice of relaxing in the sitting room, snug, or sun room, all laced with comfortable seating; perhaps the children can watch TV, whilst you rest in the sun room admiring the garden. A cloakroom and utility also lie on this floor. On the next floor, a master bedroom with a super king size bed that oozes with charm, adjoined by an en-suite bathroom, hosting both a freestanding bath and shower for a touch of luxury. Along with this, a super king-size with wash basin, king-size and a twin bedroom make a lovely addition to the layout, tied together by a family shower room. Wander up to the last floor, home to a double bedroom with en-suite promising a good nights sleep, neighboured by a family room suitable for housing extra guests or the children. This family room can either access the en-suite through the double bedroom or the shower room on the floor below. Outside of the house is where you will want to be, resting in the hot tub, amongst the countryside, without a care in the world. The village of Cononley has much to offer, with two pubs, a Post Office/village store, a children's play area, a Chinese take-away and a mainline railway station with links to Leeds. Nearby Skipton, known as "The Gateway to the Dales", boasts an ancient castle, a beautiful old parish church and a colourful market. A charming holiday not to be missed. The elegant town of Harrogate can be reached within an hours drive. It is one of the most beautifully laid-out towns in England. Much of its Victorian architecture still remains intact, with fine mellow stonework, wide tree lined streets and colourful parks.

There are two pubs, a Post Office/village store, a Chinese take-away and a mainline railway station with links to Leeds and the Settle to Carlisle Railway line. Nearby Skipton, known as "The Gateway to the Dales", boasts an ancient castle, an old parish church and a colourful market.
