Guests say

Pinnacle View is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its spaciousness, stunning views, and excellent host. Guests enjoyed the hot tub, games room, and cinema room, making it ideal for groups and families. The property's location in the Yorkshire Dales - South offers scenic walks and local amenities. While most feedback is positive, some guests noted areas for improvement in maintenance and furnishings.

The majority of guests found the property clean and tidy upon arrival, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, a few guests mentioned issues with furnishings and decor that could be addressed to enhance the overall cleanliness perception.

The property's location is highly regarded, with guests appreciating the proximity to local villages, countryside walks, and amenities. The scenic views and accessibility to nearby attractions contribute to its high location score.

Guests generally found the property comfortable, with special mentions of the beds and living areas. However, some guests reported that certain furniture pieces were worn and in need of replacement, which affects the comfort score.

Facilities like the hot tub, games room, and cinema room were highlights for many guests. Despite these positives, there were reports of maintenance issues such as a non-working tumble dryer and dishwasher, which slightly lower the score.

The host's thoughtfulness was frequently commended, with guests mentioning welcome gifts such as Prosecco, cakes, and decorations for special occasions. While these gestures were greatly appreciated, it is important to note that such gifts are offered at the host's discretion and may not be a standard inclusion for all stays.

First floorToilet screeches for two minutes after flush, downstairs toilet constantly runs. Bins full, owner did send father to take rubbish away but an inconvenience. Initially looks good clean and tidy but, both sofas , all cushions and arms badly stained and sag. Decor is badly patched up in some areas.wallpaper edges hanging in main bedroom. The wardrobe in this room cant be used as it's full of spare mattress, bedding, chairs and has mould on the ceiling. Maintenance of the house is poor inside and out as a slate tile fell off with snow melting and damaged the car. Sykes.. 6 days 6 emails on you've not responded to a single one .

Thoughtful touch of wine and cakes provided by the host. I had explained that this was a pre Christmas get together for us and the host put a Christmas tree in the cinema room. Would highly recommend.
