Perch up at the breakfast bar with a cup of strong Yorkshire tea as dinner roasts or wander through to the lounge to unwind for a while in front of the Smart TV/DVD. Open the doors to the patio in here on bright, sunny days so everyone can wander out into the fresh air as the mood takes them. There is also a handy WC downstairs.
