Close to the beach at Flamborough and only a short distance from the seaside resort of Bridlington, which has a wealth of amenities including shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Walkers and cyclists are spoilt for choice with coastal paths and the Wolds Way all being easily accessible, explore the nearby stunning cliff walks. Visit the rspb reserve nearby and the headland with its dramatic chalk cliffs. Enter the annexe, which is adjoined to the owners' home, through the side entrance door, a warm welcome awaits in the open plan kitchen/lounge with 2 ring induction hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge with ice compartment, George Foreman grill and breakfast bar. Relax on the sofa with a cup of tea, in front of the coal effect fire and catch up on your favourite TV programme or watch a film. Doors off the kitchen lead out to the patio and into the inner hallway where you will find plenty of space to hang up your coats and store your walking gear. Leading off the hallway is a gorgeous double bedroom, were you can snuggle up and watch TV/DVD or take a seat in front of the large window and enjoy the sunset. Also off the hallway is a contemporary shower room with shower and WC. Heading outside to a south facing enclosed patio area with table and chairs and just 50 metres down the road, you can find a further enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ area to sit back, relax and enjoy the wonderful sea views and sea birds. To the front of the property is an off road parking space for one car and plenty of on street parking on a first come first serve near the property. A stay in Flamborough is a chance to see a wealth of stunning wildlife, with Bempton Cliffs (4 miles) home to over 200,000 seabirds, including gannets, kittiwakes and puffins. 2 miles away you ll find the 148 acre nature reserve Within a 10 minute walk is dog friendly Thornwick Bay where you can grab a drink and something to eat in the cliff top café and take in the views. If you fancy a spot of fossil collecting why not take a 15 minute walk to North Landing beach with the dog. Danes Dyke where you can enjoy woodland walking and cycling routes and a dog friendly beach.
