Dip Tub Den receives high praise for its peaceful countryside setting, stylish decor, and excellent cleanliness. Guests particularly enjoy the secure garden for dogs, the relaxing hot tub, and the well-equipped kitchen. The property is described as cosy, comfortable, and ideal for both families and pet owners. While a few minor maintenance issues and occasional hot tub problems were noted, these did not detract from the overall positive experience. The thoughtful touches, such as welcome baskets, are appreciated by many guests, though not guaranteed. The location offers easy access to local villages, beaches, and scenic walks.
Cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a standout feature, with multiple guests describing the property as spotless, immaculately clean, and fresh-smelling. Only one review mentioned outdoor areas needing attention, but this was an exception.
The tranquil rural location is highly valued, offering peace and quiet, proximity to Driffield, and easy access to beaches and walks. Some guests note the need to drive for shops, but overall the setting is considered a major asset.
Guests frequently mention comfortable beds, a cosy atmosphere, and a relaxing environment. Occasional comments about sofa quality and bedroom lighting were made, but these were minor compared to the overall comfort experienced.
Facilities such as the hot tub, kitchen, and secure garden are praised. Some minor issues with maintenance (e.g., hot tub lid, shower holder, patio furniture) and requests for more kitchenware or coat hooks were noted, but most guests found everything they needed.
Many guests appreciated welcome baskets and small touches like Christmas decorations. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, future guests should not expect them as standard.

Beautiful place to stay. No shops locally so would need to drive. Left us a welcome basket of essentials which was a lovely touch. Host was lovely and helpful. If you want a total chill out this is the place to go.

Our 2nd visit to Dip Tub Den we absolutely love the peaceful location and huge secure garden for the dogs. The house is so lovely and warm and light they’ve done a great job with the barn conversions. The only niggle was that the previous occupants had broken the lid on the hot tub the owner called me before we arrived to advise me and said they had ordered a new one, unfortunately it didn’t arrive while we were there and the lid was in a bad state it left polystyrene floating in the tub and exposed staples so not quite as luxurious and relaxing as anticipated but still kept the water warm which was the main thing! Only slight improvements that could be made if we are being picky is coat hooks in the cupboard would be useful and somewhere to sit to do hair/makeup in each of the bedrooms. Other than that we love it here and hopefully we will get to come back!
