As soon as you step inside the bright and airy hallway you will feel the warmth and comfort that combine to make a stylish and welcoming holiday home. The large sitting room is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a day exploring - whether you choose to play games, read a book or watch the smart TV. A double sofabed can be found in a tucked away position. The kitchen diner next door provides more space to relax and socialise - open a bottle of wine and chat whilst the designated cook makes a meal. The kitchen is equipped with all that you might need, including a dishwasher. French doors lead out on to a large patio area for the times that you fancy dining al fresco. A brightly decorated cloakroom can be found in the hallway of the ground-floor. The door at the bottom of the stairs leads to the garage where you’ll find utility space, including extra fridge and freezer space, a washing machine and a Belfast sink for washing sandy shoes after a visit to the beach. Wander up to the first floor and discover three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-kingsize bed, a roomy en suite with a walk-in shower and a bedroom chair with a tv - in case a little peace and quiet is needed. There are two further twin bedrooms - one of which can be converted to a double room if required. All the bedrooms are stylishly decorated and have remote control tv. Freshen up in the family bathroom in the walk-in shower, or soak up the suds and gaze at the stars as you indulge in a soothing bath. Spend time with the family in the garden and enjoy tea and cake on the extensive patio. The market town of Beverley with its stylish shops and fascinating history is just a 15-minute drive away. Or if you fancy a trip to the beach, the town of Hornsea and the wonderful Yorkshire coast is only 15 minutes by car. Take a short drive up to Flamborough Head and visit the RSPB Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve. Walkers and cyclists will find many stunning routes across the Yorkshire Wolds, less than half an hour away. You have the option of staying close to the house - Brandesburton is truly a well-appointed village. There are two village pubs - each serving food, a fish and chip shop, a Chinese restaurant and takeaway, a stunning Italian restaurant that overlooks a lake, a well stocked village shop, a newsagent and Post Office, a beautician, a park, golf course and local lakes with fishing and kayaking. Brandesburton is a charming little village nestled within the East Riding of Yorkshire.
