The property is described as well-furnished, spacious, and welcoming, with a particular appreciation for the warm reception from the owner, Garry. The surrounding area offers plenty to do, with easy access to beaches and attractions. While some minor suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests eager to return.
Reviewers frequently mention the property's exceptional cleanliness, likening it to a 'brand new property' and highlighting its spotless condition upon arrival.
The location is praised for its quietness and proximity to local attractions and beaches, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the property cosy, warm, and well-furnished, contributing to a relaxing stay.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-stocked kitchen and good parking. However, a few guests suggested improvements such as handrails in the shower and better TV services.
The owner's thoughtfulness is noted in the warm welcomes and occasional gifts such as wine. While these gestures are appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed.
The Wagon Shed provides very comfortable accommodation, with a spacious open plan living area, with high vaulted ceilings and a cosy electric woodburner-effect stove, set in a characterful inglenook fireplace. Both bedrooms have an en-suite, one with a walk-in shower. Outside is an enclosed, sunny, south-west facing lawned garden with a paved patio; a safe place for children to play and adults to relax with a glass of wine, after a busy day on the beach. A lovely property to come home to. Note: This property is near Refs 948977 and 948978, together they sleep 10.
