A superb family home, Roseway is a large and spacious detached property resting in the small village of Brandesburton in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Perfectly suited to a family holiday or a group of eight, Roseway can be tailored to your party's needs with zip/link beds, and has several reception rooms to relax in, as well as a well-kept enclosed garden. The kitchen is a great place to start the day with a breakfast table in here along with an array of appliances, including a large fridge/freezer, double electric oven and a gas hob. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a quiet moment, head into the sitting room which benefits from plenty of light from the patio doors leading to the garden, as well as a TV and plush blue sofas. If one of your party can't get away from the office completely then make use of the excellent study room which has a desk and office chair. Completing the ground floor is the utility room which has a washing machine and leads to a cloakroom, and another cloakroom off the main hallway. Travel upstairs to find the beautiful and spacious bedrooms, all well-lit and decorated elegantly.

Choose from a double, twin room, super-king-size or the master super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, with the latter three rooms all featuring zip/link beds which can be made up to suit your party. Serving the bedrooms is the sparkling family bathroom, home to a large bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail too. Sunny afternoons can be spent in the fully enclosed garden, with a lovely summerhouse seating area perfect for getting lost in a book, and outdoor dining furniture for alfresco meals, with a good sized lawn for children to play on. The village of Brandesburton is small, yet well stocked with a selection of restaurants and takeaways, including Chinese, Italian and a fish and chip shop, as well as two local shops and two pubs, all just a short stroll away, perfect for enjoying an evening out.

For a lovely day out visit one of the several stately homes in the area like Burton Contable Hall & Gardens, Burton Agnes Hall, Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Wassand Hall, or the National Trust's Maister House. A drive less than ten miles can bring you to the coastal town of Hornsea, home to Hornsea Mere, Yorkshire's largest freshwater lake and popular for birdwatching, rowing, sailing, boat trips and fishing, as well as being a Site of Special Scientific Interest, with a café by the waters as well, you can spend a fun-filled day here. The market town of Beverley, one of Yorkshire's best kept secrets, is home to an amazing 13th century Gothic Minster as well as a lively market, and a racecourse with regular flat racing and excellent family-friendly race days.

Many more attractions can be found in the city of Hull with its aquarium, The Deep, Streetlife Museum, cinemas and great choice of restaurants and pubs, as well as nearby Bridlington further north on the coast being home to a wealth of classic British seaside attractions and fun with a beautiful long sandy beach. Brandesburton is a charming small town resting in the East Riding of Yorkshire, surrounded by open countryside, but within easy reach of the coast and popular towns like Bridlington, Hull and Hornsea.
