A beautiful setting for anyone with a love of the countryside , the view from the French doors our over the Wolds was , for our party , great. The '' Sheep Shed '', was comfortable and as clean as anyone could wish. The kitchen area has all that is needed though here I add a small criticism, there were no pint glasses, and being a dedicated beer drinker I had to venture into Bridlington to buy a couple. We did not visit Kilham but the couple next door assured me that it was a very nice place and the local pub had some decent ales. Kev and Gill were very friendly and though they did not intrude on us we could easily contact them. The young hares and their parents as well as the partridges and pheasants that appeared regularly in the parking area and surrounding grassy areas topped off a brilliant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sheep Shed. It is in a quiet location within easy driving distance to the coast and the many beautiful grand houses and gardens which are nearby. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. We had everything we needed for our week's stay and would not hesitate to recommend it as a base for exploring this part of Yorkshire.
