Each guest house comfortably sleeps four, yet we’ve intentionally designed them for two, honouring a sense of spacious calm and restful quiet. This isn't a place for parties; it's a sanctuary where peace truly presides.

The kitchens are the heart of each space, fully equipped with high-quality appliances, ready for the shared joy of family cooking. We warmly welcome your little ones, offering a Bloom high chair on request. Fresh linens, soft towels, and cozy gowns are here to wrap you in comfort, making you feel truly at home.

You’ll be greeted by Shadow, our gentle German Shepherd, whose loving spirit embraces everyone. She thrives on human connection, so be prepared for a happy welcome. For the harmony of all, we kindly ask that you leave your own beloved dogs at home.

Just 40 minutes away lies the walker's paradise of Millington, where hills meet sky in quiet majesty. Guest Conduct Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service and/or ask guests to vacate the premises immediately without a refund if their conduct is deemed by management to be disruptive, disrespectful, or causes damage to the property. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive noise, verbal abuse, physical altercations, theft, vandalism, or any other behaviour that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of other guests or us, or violates local laws. Our priority is to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our family and all our guests.

The small linear village of Beeford lies in the Yorkshire Wolds betwixt Driffield, Bridlington and Hornsea - yet within 10 miles of Beverley. The two main streets are lined with a mixture of old and modern properties. There is Post Office, butcher's shop, a pub and a fish and a chip shop. Additionally there are several churches lining the main street. Surrounded by rich agricultural land, Beeford is a good location for exploring the pretty market towns of the Yorkshire Wolds such as Market Weighton and Beverley. The seaside resorts of Bridlington and Flamborough lie a few miles to the east. The rspb reserve at Bempton is only 14 miles away and during the summer the cliffs are alive with puffins, razorbills, cormorants and gannets.
