Comfortable seating surrounds the electric fire, creating a cosy space to relax after a day of exploring, while the Sky Glass TV, selection of books and board games ensure entertainment for the whole family. French doors open onto the generous rear garden, allowing the indoors and outdoors to blend seamlessly during the warmer months (shared pathway through).

The well equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing family meals, including electric appliances, a microwave, air fryer and washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find a modern shower room alongside three comfortable bedrooms. Wake each morning to spectacular sunrises over the sea from both the king size master bedroom, complete with two armchairs perfectly positioned for taking in the ever changing coastal views, and the single bedroom overlooking the promenade. A double bedroom to the rear offers a peaceful retreat after busy days by the coast.

Outside, the large enclosed rear garden provides plenty of space for children to play, along with additional seating for enjoying al fresco dining or an evening drink. A shared pathway provides access for neighbouring properties. From the front door, you’re just moments from the beach, where days can be spent building sandcastles, paddling in the sea or simply strolling along Hornsea’s attractive Victorian promenade.
