\\ The cottage was not clean - toilet had not been flushed and the floors were dirty. No space in cupboards to put any if our food, because they were packed with the owners items. Had to leave our food on worktops in the kitchen which, again, was not good with dogs. Wardrobe was not empty and had wire hangars which I would definitely not use. Very disappointing, having said this it is a lovely cottage and if you have no animals and do not want to use the kitchen at all, and live out if your suitcase its great.

It was easy to find (because directions given were helpful!) and convenient for sightseeing in the area or for taking day trips into Leeds and to Harrogate and York. There was a little kerfuffle with the gas meter situation, but Gordon was on top of it and kept me informed until it was resolved. I’d definitely stay here again!
