A cosy yet spacious cottage , In the peaceful village of Giggleswick, two pubs are the only amenities but both are close by . The market town of Settle is a 10 minute walk away where you can find most things you could need including the excellent Booths supermarket . There are many walks right from the door . The cottage is well equipped with all you could need. I do however have a few observations which could improve things further .Both bathroom sinks drain very slowly, The upstairs shower tray moves where you first step onto it ,Upstairs bathroom ceiling could do with painting with bathroom paint ,Only half of the four slice toaster works , After trying various settings and checking the water vessel and filter we couldn't get the drier to get warm . These are merely minor things and didn't detract from our stay .The bathroom observations are for the good of the cottage in the long term ! We would definitely stay here again!
