Clearly a modern development and well thought through. As with previous comments, a little more lighting options in the living areas would be welcome. Furniture is a little sparse in the living room, with some 'empty' areas seeking a little something to make the place more homely. Kitchen is excellent, though why would you cook yourself with the superb selection of cafes and restaurants in the town (try Le Cavea). We hope to be back when it's warmer outside!

Very modern , in excellent situation near High St. , with a view of the canal and personal parking space right at door. Ideal for us but the stairs could be problematic for anyone with mobility problems. Will be back.

Skipton has loads of lovely pubs most serving food and great walks direct from the front door. If we were being really picky we would recommend a couple of lamps in the lounge for mood lighting. Communication with Andy the owner was brilliant we will be booking again.
