The location of the lodge was fabulous. We were on the lake and it was beautiful. However the lodge was badly maintained. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The base on the double bed is far too small for the mattress. It rattles if you move. The single beds weren’t put together properly and they weren’t safe to use until they got screwed in adequately. My sister was in a lodge at the same time and her sofa was ripped to bits when she arrived. When she told the staff they said the knew about it and did change it, however, I’m not sure why they hadn’t changed it before she complained. We had no shelve on the door of our fridge to put milk etc. It had been snapped off in the past and left. Reception staff weren’t very friendly. However our lodge location was stunning and the hot tub a fabulous asset, great to relax in on an evening.

Lovely lodge and cleanliness excellent.Gorgeous waterside position.Could have a well placed shrub to make hot tub a bit more private.

Restaurant was more a cafe. Good value snacks and meals. Good to have this facility on site.
