This stone-built, mid-terrace cottage rests in the pretty village of Osmotherley, on the western fringe of the North York Moors National Park. Boasting plenty of charm and character, this retreat is a wonderful choice for a small family eager to unwind and enjoy this beautiful region, away from the busyness of their everyday lives. Step into the open-plan living room, traditionally styled with exposed beams and a woodburning stove, which is perfect for keeping warm during those harsh winter evenings. The charming kitchen is equipped and decorated to a high standard, as well as boasting a table for four people to enjoy meals together. Upstairs, discover the two well-presented bedrooms, each with their own wonderful features to create a true home-from-home experience. Finally, a neat and compact bathroom completes the interior, fitted with a bath and shower over. Osmotherley is a popular choice with cyclists and walkers, providing easy access to the Cleveland Way and the coast-to-coast long distance footpaths which pass close by, it is also the start of the famous Lyke Wake walk. If you fancy a night off cooking, then there are three superb pubs in the village, serving traditional menus and beer. Venture further afield and visit the coastal resorts of Whitby and Scarborough, perfect for a day on the beach just 40 minute drive away, as well as the market towns of Northallerton, Stokesley, Helmsley, Thirsk and Ripon where you can wander along the cobbled market squares, quaint alleyways and cute tea rooms. This Osmotherley base is ideal for families to come together and enjoy the all-round beauty.

There are also a number of market towns and historic cities within close reach, as well as countryside and coastline.
