Furniture very uncomfortable. Hot tub filter not cleaned every day and had to ask for chlorine to be put in.

Overall we had an OK 4 nights stay. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the comfort/cleanliness of the lodge.On arrival we walked around and spotted gathered dust over the extraction fan in the shower room, a weird smell lingering and a valentines card which was left from the previous occupant’s, so you could imagine what we were instantly thinking.When it came to us wanting to chill watching the TV, we couldn’t sit comfortably due to the sofa being that sunk in we could feel the wood frames crushing into the back of our legs. Bed time wasn’t comfortable either, we could feel every spring in the mattress and were waking up in pain due to the uncomfortableness.The hot tub was lovely but again due to constant use the jets weren’t working as new.

Sofa had a dip in the middle making it slightly uncomfortable if you sat in the wrong place but not too much of an issue and personally me and my partner would have liked more pillows and a thicker quilt but that's a personal choice.
