Absolutely amazing weekend.The pods were cosy with all the amenities you could need.The staff were extremely helpful - we had an issue with our pod after our first night and nothing was too much trouble to get it resolved.The hot tubs were a wonderful touch and I would recommend getting a property with one.The site was very clean and the views were breath taking.We can't wait to return

We had a leak in the roof which wet the bed covers. The hot tub was cold when we tried to get in it and wasn't up to temperature until 9.30pm. the staff were very helpful and responded straight away when asked to, but this was disappointing to say the cost of the 2 night stay.

Thank you to Gary & Karen for a lovely stay at Bainbridge Ings. Dodd Fell VIP was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Hot tub was private and the pod was clean, tidy, warm, spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay including kettle, toaster, hob, fridge & microwave (inc pots & pans), full cutlery. Thanks again for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning in the future!
