Some guests noted the challenge of steep stairs and suggested more kitchenware. A welcoming bottle of wine was appreciated.

Most reviews mention a clean and tidy property, though one review cites unacceptable cleanliness. This seems to be an outlier, as the majority experience was positive.

The location is consistently praised for its convenience to shops, pubs, and walks, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Guests find the beds very comfortable, but the steep and narrow stairs have been a concern for some, affecting the overall comfort for those with mobility issues.

The property is generally well-equipped, but feedback suggests a need for more kitchen dishes and a note on the steepness of stairs. Parking is convenient.

The provision of a welcoming bottle of wine was mentioned positively in several reviews, indicating thoughtfulness. However, it's important to note that such gestures are not guaranteed.

Great location for what we had planned. Clean and tidy. The stairs may be a bit steep and windy for some but we managed OK.

Really great location shops pubs and take aways in walking distance. Great walks from your door step...Beds very comfortable but there are a lot of stairs in the property so if you are unsure on your feet this property is not for you.Cottage kitchen definitely needs more dishes if you are cooking in ..All in all a enjoyable week.

The cleanliness was totally unacceptable - windows covered in cobwebs, kettle disgusting, kitchen bin disgusting, bath mat disgusting. I have several photos to substantiate my comments if required. We will certainly not be returning or recommending it to anyone.
