With an abundance of walks and cycle trails locally, this spectacular location is ideal for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Wander down to the river running and enjoy a scenic stroll or a picnic. If you can tear yourself away from the breathtaking scenery in your immediate surroundings, the charming Yorkshire Dales villages of Aysgarth, Kettlewell, Buckden, and Grassington are all a short drive. Just 10 miles away sits the popular town of Leyburn with a range of traditional shops, pubs, and cafes to explore.

For days out all the family can enjoy, Bolton Castle, Aysgarth Falls, and Lightwater Valley are within easy reach. Stepping inside this stunning, beamed farmhouse, you are welcomed by an entrance hall with a wood burner. To the left is a boot room with a separate WC, the perfect place to leave muddy wellies and coats after a day of exploring. Move through to the spacious kitchen/diner, which is considered the hub of the house and the ideal space for all the family to socialise. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and at one side is a small utility room with an additional fridge and wine rack. Next is the cosy lounge with an open fire, the perfect place for the adults to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Adjacent to this is the final room on the ground floor, the snug, with Smart TV and double doors opening onto the garden to make the most of the wonderful views. As you walk up the wooden staircase to the first floor, the first room you meet is the king size bedroom.

It is spacious and grand with a dressing room and impressive en suite bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower, and WC. There are two further twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. In a separate barn, the ground floor has been beautifully converted into a games room with a wood burner and pool table a space for all the family to enjoy. There is also a kitchenette with fridge and washer/dryer. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. An enclosed garden has been elevated to make the most of the breath taking scenery, providing the ideal place to delight in a BBQ in the evening.

A large driveway wraps around the front of the property with enough parking for six cars. There is also additional parking in a layby (subject to availability) and secure storage for bicycles. The property has a private water supply.
