Spanning two floors, the ground floor dining room incorporates a snooker/pool table along with a selection of games, whilst the living room houses a multi-fuel stove, which is perfect for those cooler months and early evenings. To the rear of the property, a pretty cottage garden with patios overlooks the tumbling waters of the River Bain, reputedly the shortest river with a waterfall, and offers privacy and seclusion.

A really enjoyable stay at TOPO. Great location for walking in the dales. Cottage was very comfortable and warm especially welcome in the cold weather. Good facilities and VFM

We had a lovely time at the Old Post office in Bainbridge. The house is well presented with everything you need. The pool table was a fun addition, doubling up as the dining table. The back garden was lovely to sit in with the trickle of the waterfall close by. Local coffee shop is run by very friendly people and serves the best coffee and cake! Overall we felt calm and happy at this property and would definitely return to it.

An absolutely perfect location for easy access to wonderful walks,, Aysgarth Falls, Hawes, Bolton Castle and a play park 1 minute walk away.The cottage has everything you could possibly need and sitting by the river at the bottom of the garden is so tranquil. Overall a lovely place to unwind, will definitely be back.
