This charming property provides a sitting room with a warming woodburning stove providing comfort whatever the weather, plus it has a large dining area, the perfect spot to enjoy family meals, whilst the hallway even features a piano. The spacious fitted kitchen provides all modern amenities and has appealing views to the front of the house. Head upstairs to the three bedrooms, one of which has beamed ceilings, a feature fireplace and lovely views. Outside is an enclosed garden with outdoor seating, perfect for you to relax with a morning coffee. Take a short stroll into Lastingham to discover the local gastropub, whilst a short drive will bring you to Kirkbymoorside which has a wide array of shops, bars and restaurants. The area is ideal for cyclists. There are a range of local attractions including Rievaulx Abbey, Castle Howard, and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway at Pickering, plus there is easy access to the coastal towns of Whitby and Scarborough as well as the historic city of York. This cottage is perfect for a wonderful holiday all year round.
