It was old and outdated rubbish mattress for that type of accomadation bird poo everywhere no attempt to clean it up

I paid a lot of money and the lodge was poorly equipped. No cutting knives mixing bowels.Ripes in the curtains..Windows outside with bird pooI had to clean the caravan to make it fit for my family.Life guard at pool useless ..no control of kids coming down slide.Waited a long time on log flume well over an hour no communication at all ..we paid for a 4 ponchos ...but ride was off most of the day And why over 18s bingo at 7 then kids club .Absolutely bonkers ..You have tired kids waiting to be entertained but we have to wait till well after 7.30.

Lodge is basically a caravan, very thin walls, decking dirty and full off bird poo as near the trees and not cleaned. Rubbish found behind beside table when checking rooms on day of leaving
